Exchanges and returns
Exchange or return can be made in 30 days of recieving your order.

Return:
To return, please contact the email mentioned on the included flyer. Cost of returning will be paid by the customer.
Please note: Footwear must be new, unscuffed and unused. Return is only available when shoe is tried for size, and it doesn't fit. Checking if the shoes are the correct size doesn't require walking outside or dirtying the shoe. Please refer to the fitting guide.
- For return, all papers and accesoires must be includeded. Product must be clean and unscratched, as if arrived as new. Photos of product to prove cleasiness can be required

Taxes and duties
All products have already tarrifs and duties, but it may be possible that you need to pay sales tax, depending on which state you live in. Our system will automatically charge sales tax if needed.
Products on the website are exclusive of VAT. Although our products are made in the European Union, CETA does not apply since they are stored in the USA.
If you address the package to Canada, you will have to pay local GST/HST in Canada, which differ between the provinces. There is also a chance of paying brokerage fees from the carrier, which can range from $10 to $100 US per package*.
This price isn't included in the final check-out price.
