Yes! It would take longer to ship this order, usually around 2-3 week since it has to be specially produced in Austria. Price remains the same.
To place an order with a different width, you can either purchase the boot you want and put in the order remarks "Please make it a wide/small width, I'm aware of the increases shipping time.''

Most are naturally water repellent because of the use of real natural leather, but boots equiped with GORETEX are waterproof, so they can be submerged for a while.
All products from Schütze Schuhe, such as the Asphalt Pro and Red Roofer, and all other boots, are fully perforated leather inside and out, which is a rare sight these days, and gives the boot optimal breathability.
Other boots from Steitz are either GORETEX or fabric inside.

Shipping
This depends on the products you purchase. Most Schütze models are all on stock in Peoria, Illinois, including the accesoirces such as insoles and laces. We aim for 2-4 businessdays shipping within the USA, but can be longer.
The other boots are on stock in the Netherlands, which we ship out once a week in bulk, with other orders. This takes 10-15 businessdays usually. These boots get sent to Peoria, Illinois aswell, and get sent to you from there.
Yes, our 3PL provides a tracking code, most likely from UPS. We also provide tracking codes ourselves for the order from the Netherlands. You will be updated about the status of your boots aswell.
No, customs and duties are paid by us. You will have no troubles with US customs or anything similair.
Yes, usually. Depending on the province you live in, you will have to pay duties and/or sales tax. We ship DAP, so we do not calculate any of these charges in our website, so DHL or UPS can charge you these amounts.
Returns and exchanges
Yes! Within 30 days of ordering the boots. The condition of the boots must be unused and unscratched. Check our return conditions for all details.
Contact us about an exchange via the contact page or via email, and we will send you a return label for UPS. Check our return conditions for all details.
Warranty
Yes, 180 days since the day of purchase, only on production errors. We are not liable for external factors that destroy the boots. All replacement are sent out because of goodwill, not because of an admission of guilt.
