2. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the website https://vellinga.shoes and to all agreements and transactions between Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. and its customers worldwide. By using our website or placing an order, the user agrees to these terms.

3. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed dynamically based on the visitor's location:

  • For customers within the European Union, prices include VAT.
  • For customers outside the EU (e.g., the United States and Canada) prices differ a bit:
USA: State taxes are calculated automatically if neccersary, and transactioned on the website.
Canada: prices are shown exclusive of VAT, import duties, or other local taxes. 


These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery if DAP (Delivery at place).

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally. For customers in the United States and Canada, orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

We charge fixed shipping fees, which are clearly displayed during checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Orders in the USA are shipped from our 3PL warehouse, which are free of internationals tarrifs and/or duties

5. Returns
Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping, provided sufficient photographic or video evidence is submitted and the claim is validated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is received, using the original payment method.

If a model or product is rejected by a jobsite due to certification requirements, your remedy is teturn in unused condition under our Returns policy.

6. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay

  • Stripe Pay

All payments are processed securely via certified payment providers. Orders are only shipped after successful payment.

7. Use of Website
Users may not use the website for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes. It is prohibited to:

  1. Distribute spam, malware, or viruses

  2. Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to collect data

  3. Place false or fraudulent orders

  4. Copy or reuse website content (text, images, logos, or designs) without prior written consent

All content is protected by intellectual property rights. The use of our website is at your own risk.

8. Liability
Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, loss of profit, or data resulting from use of the website or purchase of products.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. While we strive for accurate and uninterrupted operation of the website, we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or virus-free.

8.1 Supplier/manufacturer

Products sold by Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. are manufacturerd by third-party suppliers (Schütze Schuhe, Stabilus, etc.). Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. is the contracting party for the sale to the customer. Any product questions, warranty request, or claims must be submitted to Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. in the first instance. We do not disclose supplier identies or contact information unless required by applicable law.

8.2 No third-party Beneficiaries

These terms do not create any rights for, or obligations to, any third-party supplier or manufacturer, and no supplier or manufacturer shall be deemd a third-party beneficiary of the sale between Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. and the customer.

8.3 Claims Handling

Customers must notify Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. of any alleged defect(s) and provide photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. If a defect is verified, Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. will coordinate a resolution. Where appropriate, we may request return of the product for inspection and may seek recovery from our supplier under our seperate supplier agreement. Customers agree not to contact or pursue claims directly against any supplier or manufacturer that Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. sells products of.

8.4 No additional Manufacturer Warranties

Any product descriptions, specifications, or performance statements shown on this website are provided for informational purposed only and do not constitute a manufacturer warranty. Vellinga Safetyshoes Inc. does not make any representation on behalf of any supplier or manufacturer beyond what is expressly set out in these Terms of Service, written product documentation or on the website vellinga.shoes | asphalt-shoes.com | roofing-shoes.com . 8.5 U.S. & Canada Safety Footwear Compliance Disclaimer

When ordering, importing, distributing, and/or using any of the following models: 6432, 6430, 6232, 6833, 4346 and 4343 (the “Models”), you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Standards / Certifications

  2. The Models are certified to EN ISO standards, such as 20345, including applicable classification options e.g. HI, CI, HRO (European standards). The Models are not certified, labeled, or represented as compliant with safety-footwear standards commonly required in the United States and/or Canada, including standards that may be referenced for workplace compliance purposes such as ASTM F2413 , ASTM F2892 (U.S.) and CSA Z195 (Canada), or any other applicable national, provincial/state, or employer/jobsite-specific requirements. Any claims about protective toecaps will be about the EN ISO 20345 standards. If a Model is sold as soft toe (e.g., without a protective toe cap), it does not provide certified toe-impact/compression protection Please review your products for your industries suitability before buying a soft toe boot/no protective toecap. You are responsible solely responsible for jobsite/employer requirements.

  4. No U.S./Canada Compliance Representation

  5. No statement on this website, in any marketing materials, or in any communication with us shall be interpreted as a representation or warranty that the Models qualify as “safety footwear” for U.S. or Canadian compliance purposes.

  7. Customer Responsibility

  8. Acceptance and required specifications for “safety footwear” may depend on your employer, jobsite rules, contracts, insurer, and applicable laws/regulations. You are solely responsible for verifying suitability and compliance of the Models for your intended use before purchase and use, including confirming any required certifications, markings, and protective ratings.

  11. You agree not to rely on the Models as “safety boots/safety footwear” for U.S. or Canadian compliance purposes unless you have independently confirmed, in writing where applicable, that the Models meet all requirements applicable to your workplace and intended use.

  13. Limitation of Seller Responsibility

  14. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for outcomes related to jobsite rejection, non-compliance determinations, or a failure to verify required certifications/markings for the intended workplace. 

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law, regardless of the customer's location. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
