A proven standard in heat-resistant, durable asphalt shoes

Regular work boots fall apart on hot asphalt — glue softens, stitching pulls loose, and synthetic liners trap heat. The Asphalt Pro is engineered specifically for pavers who stand on fresh asphalt all day, every day.

Unlike the competition, it uses no glue or stitching to bond sole to upper. A patented Sealing Edge pressurizes them together, so there is no glue to melt.

Why choose the Asphalt Pro?

  • ● Fully Perforated Leather Lining instead of textile lining
  • ● Flat sole designed not to mark asphalt
  • ● No glue or stitching bond between sole and upper
  • ● Made in Austria

  • ● Steel-toe and soft-toe options

Frequently Asked Questions

Regular work boots are glued or stitched together, and their soles aren't designed for long-term high-temperature ground contact. On hot asphalt, glue softens and stitching pulls loose. The Asphalt Pro is purpose-built for paving crews.

The Sealing Edge connection holds at working temperatures, and the rubber-PU flat sole makes walking and cleaning easy.

Two big things:

● The perforated natural leather lining inside the boots give the boot good durability and breathability, no cheap textiles inside. It also gives it great comfort!

● Patented Sealing-Edge bonding system. Most other boot on the market use glue or stitching, which are prone to failure when exposes to continous heating-cycles. Since the Asphalt Pro is pressurized together, it doesn't melt apart from the asphalt's heat.

Yes, the Asphalt Pro is available both in steel-toe and soft-toe versions, and there is also a low-cut model for those who prefer ankle freedom. All options share the same sole and heat-resistant construction.

All boots have a thick PU-foam layer inside, that doesn't harden up over time from heat and stays soft and flexible. It acts as the heat-resistance for the boots, and also makes them very comfortable.
